One customer’s price is different than their neighbors. Why is that?

Each customer is reviewed based on how much propane they use. The more propane they use, the lower their per litre price. Your neighbor may be using more propane to heat their home or they may have more appliances that use propane (e.g. fireplace, stove, BBQ, pool heater).
