How to reset your password

If you forget your password, you can easily recover access to your account by clicking the “Forgot Password?” link in the Log In page.

In the form that opens, fill in the email address you registered with and click “Reset”. A new email will be sent to this email address containing a link to reset your password.

 

 

Clicking the link in the email opens the Rest Password page. 

 

You can now create your new password and re-enter it to confirm.

A success message is displayed and - for security reasons - you will receive another email to inform you that your password was reset.

 

You may now Log In to your account using the new password.
