The ‘Overview’ tab presents a quick view on the percentages of scheduled and completed service requests for the selected time interval:
The ‘Service Requests Pending Approval’ tab lists all the requests made for the account numbers you have visibility on and that have not yet been approved by a Superior Propane user. You can filter the list to only view certain regions, years and quarters or you can perform a search by location name or account number.
Once a Superior Propane user has approved your request and it receives a scheduled date, the request will be displayed below in the ‘Scheduled Services’ tab. After the service is completed, it is moved in the ‘Past Services’ tab. You can filter both the scheduled and past services list in the same way as the pending services list.
