Submit New Installation Request

A New Installation Request works just like any other Service Request, but is only used for installation of a new location. Start by clicking the “New Installation Request” button in the ‘Services’ page.

 

The ‘New Installation Request’ page will open with the Contact Info section already filled in with details of the current user. To edit these details, click the “Edit Contact Info” button. Optionally, fill in the Service Type Details with any additional information or comments you would like to make.

 

Since this is a request for a new location not yet registered in the database, the ‘Locations’ section is removed from the ‘Request’ page. A warning message will be displayed to inform you of the change.

 

Select the account within your company for which you are requesting a new installation. You can still select a desired timeframe: it shows your preference, but the final scheduled date is established by Superior Propane and will become visible in the ‘Scheduled Services’ tab.

 

Choose a service type from the drop down menu:  Installation, Pick up, Maintenance, Inspection. Once selected, corresponding options in the Equipment drop down menu become available. Choose the equipment for each selected location and click “Submit”:

 

You will then be redirected to the ‘Locations Explorer’ page and be displayed with a success message:

 

If you have email notifications turned on, you will also receive an email verifying that the request was submitted successfully.
