Locked Users

This page presents a list with all the locked users within your company (either locked by an administrator, or automatically locked after three failed login attempts). The list can be ordered by clicking on any column label (email address, first name, locked date):

 

Clicking “Unlock user” will re-enable the user to login. A success message is displayed once the process is completed:
