Manage Delivery Stops

This page presents a list with all the delivery stop requests you made. Each request includes: location, customer number, reason(s) why the delivery stop was requested, the status of the request, the start-date and the end-date of the non-delivery period. The list can be ordered by clicking on any column label:

 

You can cancel a delivery stop request you made as long as it was not approved and its delivery-stop start date has not already passed:

 

Click “Cancel” to keep the request active, or click “Yes, I’m sure” to cancel the delivery stop request. A success message is displayed when completed:
