Adding another user to your account

There are two ways to add a user to an active company:

1. During the registration process

2. Navigating to Admin > User Management and clicking the “Add New User” button

In both cases click on the “Add New User” Button  to open the “Add User” window.

Step 1 of 2

During the first step of adding a new user, fill in the user’s name, email address, phone number, surrounding tanks range. Then, assign a role to the new user, set their account to active and either allow or do not allow the new user to see details of deliveries.

Click “Continue” to move to the second step of adding a new user.

 

Step 2 of 2

Here you can assign the accounts (from within your company) that the new user will have access to and be able to approve tickets for.

Click “Finish”. The newly added users will then receive a confirmation email and be able to login from there.
