Submit a Service Request

Submit a service request from “Locations Explorer” by selecting one or more service locations. You can also submit a request from the Services page by clicking the “New Service Request” button.

 

Once the ‘Locations Explorer’ page opens, the ‘Services’ filter is applied. Select the locations for which you want to submit a service request, then click the “Service” button:

 

The ‘New Service Request’ page opens with the Contact Info section already filled in with details of the current user. To edit these details, click the “Edit Contact Info” button. Optionally, fill the Service Type Details with any additional information or comments you would like to make. The locations you selected are listed below. For each of them, you can select a desired timeframe: it shows your preference, but the final scheduled date is established by Superior Propane and will become visible in the Scheduled Services tab.

Choose a service type from the drop down menu:

- Installation

- Pick up

- Maintenance

- Inspection

Once selected, corresponding options in the Equipment drop down menu become available. Choose the equipment for each selected location and click “Submit”:

You will then be redirected to the Locations Explorer page and a success message will be displayed.

 

If you have email notifications turned on, you will also receive an email verifying that the request was submitted successfully.
