Request Delivery Stop

Clicking the “Delivery Stop” button in the ‘Locations Explorer’ after selecting at least a tank or cylinder location redirects you to the “request a delivery stop” page.

You may click the buttons on the furthest left of each row to remove locations from the list. Click the location’s title to see the ‘Location Details’ page. Click on the delivery plan name to be redirected to the “Change Delivery Plan” page. Clicking “Cancel” drops the request altogether.

For each location, select a Delivery Stop status code (a predefined reason). Depending on the selected delivery stop code, you may or may not be able to request a delivery on the corresponding location and the reinstate date may not be set. For some specific delivery stop codes, a subsequent delivery request automatically cancels the delivery stop request.

 

Here are each of the customer-available delivery stop codes:

 

Select the start and end date of the period during which you no longer accept deliveries for the corresponding location. Check the “I accept the Terms and Conditions” box to make the “Submit” button available.

 

Trying to place a delivery stop on locations that already have one will generate an error:

 

You may push the reinstate date to a maximum of one month, and this action can only be performed once.

 

Clicking the “Delivery Stops requests” menu opens the list of all the delivery stop requests made by any user in any company. Each request includes: user name, email, phone number, location number, status of the request, the start and end dates of the delivery stop. The list can be ordered by clicking on any column label. It can also be filtered to only see the pending, placed or cancelled requests, or by using the search field at the top right.

 

Clicking the “View more details” button on the far right of each request opens a page with more details regarding the delivery stop request:

 

Please note that a delivery stop request cannot be edited by a Superior Propane user on the portal’s admin side: they get automatically approved when their start date coincides with the current date. Between the time the request is submitted and the Start date the request is set to “Pending” status, however you can still edit the Start date.
