Clicking the link redirects you the ‘Change the Delivery Program’ page. You can go back to the selected locations details page by clicking the location name. Don’t forget to activate the radio button for the plan you want to switch to (failing to do so will result in a warning to be displayed).
Choose the way you would like to be contacted and optionally fill in the reason for which you would like to switch the delivery plan. Fill in additional details regarding your propane usage and click “Submit”:
