Fix Internet Connection Issues

If you are experiencing internet connection issues, there are a number of potential causes. Solutions may differ depending on your device and network configuration. 

How to check that your device is connected to Wi-Fi or cellular data:

  1. Exit the app and open your device settings.
  2. If you are using Wi-Fi, make sure that you are connected to a suitable network with adequate signal strength.
  3. If you are using cellular data, make sure that you are connected to your cellular network. For most devices, your signal strength is shown in the top left corner of the screen. In the same location, you should see '3G', '4G', or 'LTE' indicating you are connected to cellular data.
  4. Some devices allow you to enable or disable cellular data for certain apps. Check your device's network settings for individual app settings.
