In order to access the Documents section, the user you are logged in as will need the “Documents: View” permission turned on. To be able to add comments and upload or delete documents, your user must also have the “Documents: Edit” permission, which will automatically grant the “Documents: Delete” permission. To delete comments and documents belonging to other users, your user must be an administrator. Users can only delete their own documents if they have the “Documents: Edit” permission.
